## About this guide

This guide provides reference and system-building information, and technical specifications for the cameras, units and supplies that make up a Vicon Vantage system.

It is intended for those who are using the Vicon Vantage 3D optical marker-based technology to track and analyze movement.

It is assumed that you have already read the [Vicon Vantage Quick Start Guide](https://vicon-help.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/Vantage/pages/15057477), and have installed your Vicon Vantage system.
