# About Tracker 4.4

Tracker 4.4 is the fourth point release of Tracker 4, which is dedicated to tracking rigid bodies and providing highly accurate 6-DOF data with low latency. Details of the new features of Tracker 4.4 are described in [New features in Tracker 4.4](#Changes).

## Support for Vicon Active Wand (dual-sided)

Tracker 4.4 supports the latest Active Wand from Vicon. Equipped with high-intensity LEDs on both sides, Vicon Active Wand (IR only) and Active Wand Hybrid (NIR & IR) are the latest Vicon reference devices for mapping cameras accurately in a motion capture system. They can be used to calibrate both optical and reference video cameras.
