For captures made with Shogun Markerless, you can automatically clean the markerless data in Shogun Post, by opening the **Processing** panel, selecting the **Markerless Mocap** tab and then clicking **Clean**.

> ⚠️ **Note**
> ⚠️ Single-click cleanup works with markerless data only so although it runs successfully on subjects captured using hybrid tracking with optical finger markers (see Hybrid tracking with finger markers in *Getting more from Vicon Shogun Markerless*), the optical finger data is unaffected and normally requires further cleanup.

**To automatically clean markerless data:**

1. Load your capture in Shogun Post. For more information, see *[Load mocap data files into Shogun Post](https://vicon-help.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ShogunPost121/pages/1253739058)*.
2. If the reprocessing dialog is displayed, you must reprocess the data before you can use Clean.
To reprocess your data, click **Yes**.
3. In the **Processing** panel, select the **Markerless Mocap** tab.
4. To clean your capture, click **Clean**.
  This performs the following operations:
  - Removes bad data
  - Filters the data
  - Runs occlusion fixing
  - Resolves all skeletons (labeling, solving, retarget)
You can monitor the progress of the cleanup by looking at the progress bars in the bottom left corner of the app.
The bar on the left displays the progress of the entire cleanup process.
The bar on the right displays the progress of the individual steps of the cleanup process, such as Clean and Resolve labeling.

You can then use any of the data editing tools on your markerless data, other than those on the **Marker Mocap** tab on the **Processing** panel.

## Clean markerless data with batch processing in Shogun Post

If you have multiple capture files to clean, you can load these files into Shogun Post and process them automatically using the batch processing feature.

Shogun Post can batch process files sequentially in the application or in parallel—the latter enables you to continue with other tasks while batch processing continues in the background. You can process files in parallel within a single PC, or “farm” out the work across multiple PCs.

**To batch process files in Shogun Post:**

1. In Shogun Post, on the **Panels** tab of the ribbon, select **Batching**.
2. From the **Mode** list, select **Reprocess Markerless**.
3. Configure the options. For more information, see *[Batch process files in Shogun Post](https://vicon-help.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ShogunPost121/pages/1253737847)* in *Getting more from Vicon Shogun Post*.
4. (Optional) To farm out the batching process in parallel or across multiple PCs, expand the **Farm** section, select **Farm** and configure the options.
5. Ensure the **Files and Processing** section is expanded and click **Add Files** to select the files to process.
6. After you have added the files, click **Start**.

For more information on how to batch process files, see *[Batch process files in Shogun Post](https://vicon-help.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ShogunPost121/pages/1253737847)* in *Getting more from Vicon Shogun Post*.
