In Shogun Markerless 1.18 and later, you can combine marker-based tracking of clusters for specific performer joints with markerless performer tracking.

To do this, you create the required clusters, which can be attached to any combination of head, hands and/or feet, as props in Shogun Markerless (see [Hybrid tracking with clusters for feet, wrists and/or head](https://vicon-help.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ShogunMarkerless121/pages/1253507226) in *Getting more from Vicon Shogun Markerless*). You then constrain them to a skeleton in Shogun Post, export from Post as a VSK (the labeling skeleton), and import the VSK into Shogun Markerless, resulting in more accurate and more robust tracking.

The following steps describe how to constrain the clusters created in Shogun Markerless and export the subject VSK, together with the VSS (the solving skeleton) for use in real time in Shogun Markerless.

1. In Shogun Post, open the MCP file of the subject performing a T-pose while wearing the clusters.
2. Find a frame containing a good T-pose and if there is more than one subject in the MCP file, at the top of Shogun Post, from the **Current Subject** list, select the required subject.
3. Open the **Script Editor **panel and load the *Markerless_ClusterHybrid_Setup *script. Its default location is:  
*C:\Program Files\Vicon\ShogunPost1.##\Scripts\MarkerlessHybrid*
4. Run the *Markerless_ClusterHybrid_Setup *script.   
This script automatically does the following:
  - Optimizes the labeling skeleton bone twists
  - Modifies the weights of the constraints between the markers representing the clusters and the bones they drive
  - Modifies the weights of some markerless keypoint markers to have less influence and prioritize motion from the clusters instead
  - Enables more DoFs on the hands of the labeling and solve skeleton so they have a full range of motion and can follow the clusters' motion
  - Re-poses the arms and head, taking into account that the actor is in a T-pose
  - Updates the constraint offset between the cluster markers and bones that they drive, based on the current frame. This effectively calibrates them for the first time relative to this specific performer.
  - Re-solves the labeling and solve skeleton so you can see the resulting motion.
  After the script has ended, it reports that it has finished.
5. To export the data:
  1. In the **Subject Management** panel, select the subject.
  2. At the top of the Subject Management panel, click the blue **Export labeling, solving, and retargeting setups** button .
