From April 2026, new Vicon licenses are requested and activated through the Sentinel EMS online system.

- If you’ve purchased Shogun Markerless and have received an email from **Vicon Motion Systems <noreply@vicon.com>** with the Subject line **Vicon - Your Entitlement Certificate**, to find out how to proceed, click the relevant link at the bottom of the email or for more information, refer to the <u>[Vicon License Management Guide](https://help.vicon.com/space/LicenseManagement)</u>. If you want to go directly to the *Request and activate* instructions for the type of license you want to use, see the relevant page in the Guide:
