The **Batch Processing Tools** pane provides a convenient way to run a pipeline on multiple trials. It is useful for automating the data processing operations on a large number of trials.

The **Batch Processing Tools** pane contains the following controls:

- **Trial** list and **Progress** column  
At the top of the pane, any currently marked trials are listed. As a pipeline runs, the Progress column displays a colored bar, indicating status (from green to red) and completion for each trial. After the pipeline is run on each trial, you are given the option to save changes (Yes/No) or cancel the operation for that trial and move on to the next marked trial.
- Pipeline list At the bottom of the pane, you can select a pipeline from the list of available pipelines.
- Run button and Stop button To run a pipeline, click the Start Processing button  . To stop processing for all the currently listed trials, click the Stop Processing button .
