After you configure a monitor (see [Configure a monitor](https://vicon-help.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/Nexus217/pages/350750734)), you can activate or deactivate it.

**To activate or deactivate a monitor:**

- On the **Monitors** tab in the **Communications** pane, select or clear the check box for the required monitor.
